STEP 1: DETOX

+ Wet your body thoroughly with water.
+ Apply a sufficient amount of Micellina BODY ppFOAM directly onto wet skin and massage.
+ Rinse thoroughly with water.
+ Pat the skin dry with a soft towel.

STEP 2: SPECIALISED CARE

+ If you have dark spots on the skin, use CICA Light lightening essence drops.

STEP 3: PROTECTION AND REGENERATION

+ Dispense a small amount of NutriProtect BODY ppCREAM® onto clean, dry palms.
+ Spread the cream evenly between your palms using 1 – 2 movements.
+ Gently apply NutriProtect BODY ppCREAM® to the desired area of the body and massage until fully absorbed.
