How do I know if my order has been accepted?

After the order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Registered users can track the status of their order in their lalilab.co account

Is there a minimum order requirement? 

No, there is no minimum order amount requirement.

What is the delivery price for products purchased from the online store?

You can check the delivery price for Bulgaria and abroad when entering the delivery address in checkout.

Products are delivered to any location in Bulgaria via SPEEDY and Box Now.
 
When ordering products worth over 35€, delivery to the territory of Bulgaria is at our expense.
 
Users whose delivery addresses are in locations outside the European Union pay additionally all duties, taxes and fees due for the respective countries. These fees are not included in the delivery price and vary for different countries. 

What is the delivery time?

The preparation of each order takes from 1 to 2 business days depending on the available quantities and the workload of the store. When we send the order, its status in your user profile will change to “ON HOLD”.
Deliveries are made with the courier company chosen by the customer:
Delivery with Box Now within Bulgaria is free until 30.09.2026. After the end of the promotional period, the delivery price to Box Now locations is €2 including VAT.
Deliveries with Box Now are made only upon advance online payment.
 
Delivery prices with Speedy within Bulgaria are fixed:
To Automat – €2.60 | To office – €3.40 | To address – €5.00
Payment for orders sent with Speedy can be made via “Cash on delivery” or online.
 
Each purchased product is insured for damage caused during transportation.

What are the payment methods?

Are the products tested on animals?

Products of “ALI-MA NATURAL LABORATORY” EOOD are manufactured in accordance with all Bulgarian and European regulations and are not tested on animals.

Why are there no products for the eye contour area?

After a deep study of the eye contour products presented on the market, we found that there is no significant difference in the ingredients between them and face creams. To avoid the need for an additional product, we have formulated all products from the ppSERUM®, ppSERUM® ACTIVATOR, ppCREAM®, Toners and Essences categories to be suitable for the eye contour area.
