STEP 1: Prepare your body (5 min.)
To begin the day with an alert mind and energised body, take a few minutes for yourself. Activate your lymphatic system and welcome the day’s challenges with a smile.
✔ Perform a few gentle movements: tilt your head from side to side, roll your shoulders backwards and make deep side bends. Moving the muscles supports lymphatic flow and helps awaken the body.
✔ Hydrate your body with a glass of warm water—optionally with a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice.

STEP 2: Cleanse and refresh the skin (10 min.)

✔ Apply a small amount to your favourite bath sponge.
✔ Massage it over your entire body and enjoy the natural fragrance that refreshes the body and mind.
✔ Complete the ritual with a contrast shower. Begin with warm water (36–38°C) for 2–3 minutes to dilate the blood vessels and relax the muscles. Switch to cold water (10–15°C) for 30–60 seconds, starting with the legs before moving upwards to the arms, torso and finally the head. Breathe deeply—the cold water will constrict the blood vessels and activate the nervous system. Repeat the cycle 3–5 times. Always finish with cold water to leave the skin feeling toned and the blood vessels constricted.

STEP 3: Deep hydration, nourishment and protection (5–7 min.)

✔ After showering, apply the oil to damp skin to “lock in” moisture.
✔ Place a few drops of oil in your palms and rub them together to distribute it evenly.
✔ Massage over the entire body using circular movements, paying particular attention to the lymphatic areas—the underarms, groin and neck.
✔ The product will absorb fully during the massage.
